SC-SAV調(diao)壓式變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)自動(dong)補償(chang)(chang)裝(zhuang)置是依據(ju)電容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率與電容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)的(de)端(duan)電壓的(de)平(ping)方成(cheng)正比(bi),即Q=ωCU2,提(ti)出(chu)的(de)一種(zhong)全(quan)新(xin)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)思想(xiang)。SC -SAV調(diao)壓式變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)自動(dong)補償(chang)(chang)裝(zhuang)置根據(ju)被補償(chang)(chang)系統(tong)感性無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率的(de)變(bian)化,采用(yong)有級調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)動(dong)態調(diao)節(jie)補償(chang)(chang)電容器(qi)(qi)的(de)工作(zuo)電壓實(shi)現動(dong)態無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)補償(chang)(chang),突破了用(yong)斷路(lu)器(qi)(qi)分組(zu)投切電容器(qi)(qi)的(de)傳統(tong)無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)補償(chang)(chang)方式,其(qi)基本接(jie)線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如下:

該(gai)裝置(zhi)由斷路器(qi)(QF)、自耦調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(T)、電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(L)、電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(C)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)線圈(TV)組成。假設每(mei)檔調(diao)節(jie)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)相(xiang)等(deng)(0.05 UCN),則(ze)各檔對應(ying)的電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)組輸出(chu)容量(liang)為:

產品特點:
1) 無功(gong)補償(chang)(chang)級數(shu)多,補償(chang)(chang)精細,電容器(qi)組(zu)利用(yong)率高。假設變電站(zhan)每段母(mu)線各安裝一套該裝置,在(zai)(zai)變電站(zhan)分(fen)列運行時(shi),可分(fen)9級進(jin)行補償(chang)(chang);在(zai)(zai)并列運行時(shi),可分(fen)18級進(jin)行補償(chang)(chang)。這對于傳統的無功(gong)補償(chang)(chang)裝置幾(ji)乎是不可能實(shi)現的。
2) 采(cai)用(yong)自耦式有(you)載調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),無功補償調(diao)節(jie)過(guo)程電容(rong)器(qi)組(zu)不斷電,調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)每檔(dang)之(zhi)間只有(you)幾百伏,調(diao)節(jie)過(guo)程無過(guo)電壓(ya)(ya)和涌流(liu)問題(ti)。
3) 電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器長期工作在額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓之下,流(liu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)也小于額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),且(qie)無涌流(liu)和過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓沖擊,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器壽命長,成套裝置可靠性(xing)高。
4) 如(ru)果變電(dian)站供電(dian)負荷的諧波電(dian)流(liu)很小,還(huan)可以去(qu)掉電(dian)抗(kang)器,調壓器自(zi)身的漏抗(kang)可以抑制成(cheng)套(tao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)在斷路器投入時的合閘(zha)涌(yong)流(liu)。
5) 適合老站(zhan)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao),用于老站(zhan)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)時,該裝置只是在傳(chuan)統(tong)無功(gong)補償裝置的斷路器(qi)(qi)和電(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)組(zu)之間(jian)串(chuan)聯(lian)了(le)一套調壓器(qi)(qi),所以原有斷路器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)、放電(dian)線圈等(deng)都可以繼續使用。
6) 非常適合高電(dian)壓等(deng)級(ji)(6KV、10KV、35KV)下的分級(ji)無功補償。35KV可(ke)頻繁操作的開關(guan)價格高、體積大(da),用(yong)該裝置(zhi)可(ke)避免這(zhe)些問(wen)題。
